Prenatal Online Coaching Program
Cost: $59 per month or $225 for the entire program
Our 30-week online training program for the expectant mom.
We believe women should work out while they are pregnant. In fact, it is the most important time in your life to stay physically fit and nourish your body. We’re here to help.
This program consists of four training sessions per week, for thirty weeks (a total of 120 sessions).
We recommend beginning this program around weeks 12-15. Each session includes Warm Up, Strength, Conditioning, and Accessory Work. Content is accompanied by BIRTHFIT videos, explaining and demonstrating points of performance along the way. We’ve also thrown in a bunch of extra goodies to keep your mind, body and spirit growing and preparing for birth along with your body.
Please note: if you purchase the month-to-month option, your access to the program will expire if you cancel your payments. If you pay for the whole program up front, your access to the program never expires. That means you can purchase now and complete the program at any pace, including repeat the whole thing.
Postpartum Online Coaching Program
Cost: $199 for the whole program
Our 15-week program for the postpartum mom.
Take on the world post-delivery with daily breath work, strength, conditioning & smart movement. Get yourself moving from baby back to the gym. This program is meant to recalibrate and set a solid foundation of sustainable, efficient movement for the rest of your life.
This program consists of three sessions per week, for fifteen weeks (a total of 45 sessions).
Each session includes breath work, warm up, strength, conditioning, & accessory work. Content is accompanied by BIRTHFIT videos, explaining and demonstrating points of performance along the way.
We recommend training every other day (Monday-Wednesday-Friday or Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday).
