In the last two days I’ve read a blog by a mother and a research study both discussing what babies recall while in the womb. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had the belief that whatever happens in the womb affects the human while they are here on earth. That whatever could mean stress, nutrition, fitness, music, and so much more.
BirthFIT was founded on the idea that everything you do has an affect on your unborn child. Don’t stress about it, but do make note. Being conscious to the world around you and the people you interact with from family to healers are part of the undeniable responsibility with being a mother.
The blog I want to share with you is HERE. This mum, and physiotherapist, in the UK discusses her and her daughter’s conversation about their birth story. This young girl has a heightened since of awareness about her birth and the surroundings and the connection that her and her mom have had from inside the womb to outside the womb.
This research study shows the effect of how babies will and have the ability to recognize music and certain notes that were played while they were in the womb. Babies that hear music, especially music that is repeated, will enhance neural development and connections. This may not ensure valedictorian status but I like anything that will enhance the nervous system.
