WORKOUT
Back Squats: 3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3
- Perform 3 Back squats EMOM (every minute on the minute) for 8 rounds. Use a weight that is around 50-60% of your 1RM.

Russian KB Swings
Strict Pullups
Run/Jog 100m between each set
- Perform 10 swings, 10 Pullups, run. Then 9 swings, 9 pull-ups, run. Etc.
MODIFICATIONS/NOTES
- The Russian swings should be heavy. Activate those glutes!
- Use a band for the strict pull-ups if needed. You should be able to do 3-4 in a row, so use whichever band will help you achieve that. No kipping!
