Jeri Shanteau has been an athlete her whole life. Both her and her husband swam in college at Auburn. They both took it to the next level training for and competing in triathlons and her husband Eric even training for the Olympics (2008 and 2012). So, when Jeri got pregnant, it only made since for her to continue to train. However, her focus shifted from training for a race to training for labor and delivery, the most physically demanding task she would experience.
Jeri is beautiful and her soul lights up the room. The Soul Cycle Santa Monica community speaks nothing but praises in regards to Jeri. We were lucky enough to meet up with Jeri and ask her a few questions about her pregnancy and how she continued to train throughout it’s entirety.
