Our next BirthFIT Postpartum Class Series is now open for registration! This 4 week class series is designed to help get you moving, activated, and mobilized in order to get back into your fitness routine post-baby. You may notice your body is quite different after delivering a baby. Don't worry- you can and WILL get your strength back! With all of the changes your body went through during pregnancy, Kat will take you through a well-balanced, sequential class structure where each class builds on the previous one. We will incorporate strength work, mobility, and educational component and of course, a good sweat sesh. Come join other new moms who are going through the same ups and downs of motherhood, and you are welcome to bring your non-mobile baby!
