Today started out as any typical Thursday for me. I wake up. I create the most perfect coffee. I feed Angel Kitty so she stops yelling/meowing. I mobilize. I check for emergency phone calls. I mobilize more and walk down the street to the gym. I take class at DEUCE Gym and then coach the class immediate afterwards.
However, today, I had to meet a doula client after the gym. I cannot say too much, but the woman felt the power of the community behind her and found her inner lioness. She was beyond strong and beautiful. She was pure woman!
After the long, yet rewarding day I had, I came home to prepare the blog. I wasn’t sure what I was feeling. Or what I wanted to post. Or what the universe was calling. I went to Instagram and was blown away. I searched the hashtag BIRTHFIT. Prepare to have your heart melted:
