Every year in the first of the year, I clean up my nutrition habits that have gotten a bit sloppy over the past few months. This year I decided to make it an official BIRTHFIT Event.

In a nutshell, I am having a sober January while also avoiding sugars, processed foods, grains, dairy, and other foods that may trigger inflammation within my body.
