The next BIRTHFIT Online Postpartum Coaching starts Monday, May 16th! This is ideal for those moms that have had a baby in the last 2-8 weeks. For those moms that trained during pregnancy, this will help with the transition from birth to gym. This is a four-week, three times a week series. You will be given training instructions (written instructions plus videos) Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. You can do the training on those days or other days. However, we do ask that you have at least 3 rest days scattered throughout your week to continue to bond with your baby and allow your body to recover.
The training starts with breath work and postural awareness. We slowly start to wake up our deep core and posterior chain all while improving our postural alignment and endurance. We educate you so that you are capable of transitioning back into your favorite routine (CrossFit, Running, Triathlons, Rowing, Olympic Lifting, Soccer, etc.) with success and confidence.
