Holding Space for Pregnancy Loss

Mama,
We are so sorry for your loss. We know that no words or actions can take away what you are feeling at this moment. We also know that immediate family and friends can be a bit much, even though they are only trying to help. We know that words can be triggers and a million what ifs are running through your head. There is no loss greater than that of a loved one and that is more than true for the loss of your special spirit during pregnancy.
We want to hold space for you.
We want to provide you with a safe space where you can vent, cry, ask questions, and discuss with other moms who are ready to open up. We want you to know that you are not alone.
We understand that healing takes time. Healing is a spontaneous, natural process that is achieved through love, grace, and vulnerability. Healing can come in many forms and at various times. Be patient with yourself, mama. It will take some time. But it WILL happen.
If you have experienced a pregnancy related loss in the last year, we invite you to sit with us October 14th at 3pm PST/6pm EST. Our BIRTHFIT leaders will be present for this free interactive webinar and offering support for those that show up.
We look forward to sharing some healing space and love.
