It is an eight class, four week series that will establish a solid core foundation, wake up your posterior chain, and enhance your posture through safe, effective functional movements that transfer into every day life tasks. As a bonus, you will meet and connect with other mamas as well as discover new and local businesses that can help new moms out.


If you are in Los Angeles, there is no reason to look any further for postpartum exercises. Our focus is overall functionality of the body. We start from the inside-out by finding that ideal diaphragm breath that may have disappear due to birth. Then, we take you through appropriate functional movements class by class, week by week.

The immediate postpartum period is ideal time to recalibrate, reset, and establish a solid foundation that will carry you into the coming years of your life. We respect the postpartum period and understand that postpartum is truly forever. We want to give you tools, physical and non-physical, that will evolve with you over time!

Do Pregnancy Different, when you connect with your body daily through a safe, effective prenatal training program for all levels and all fitness backgrounds that includes core and pelvic floor prehab, mobility, strength, and conditioning.
