Learn how to integrate BIRTHFIT into your existing business or create a side hustle from the ground up while serving the women in your community so that they are empowered and nourished throughout the motherhood transition.
Lindsey is committed to supporting women in the various seasons of their lives. She started BIRTHFIT in 2013 with a deep belief that movement can be the bridge to cultivate our own intuition and a trust in our bodies. Lindsey is a Nervous System Based Chiropractor, Mercier Therapist, Birth Doula, NLP Practitioner, and Strength and Conditioning Coach. Through all the hats she wears in this world, she created BIRTHFIT as she saw a huge gap for sustainable, nervous system based movement and training for women in all chapters and cycles of their lives, specifically cycling, preconception, pregnant, and postpartum women.
At the very core of every BIRTHFIT program is the nervous system as Lindsey firmly believes that nothing can heal, restore, and grow without the nervous system being regulated and nourished. She vibes on the Polyvagal Theory of our Autonomic Nervous System as it explains the importance of the feeling of safety and adaptive physiological states shifts based on cues from our environment and relationships. Lindsey believes that a baby is a hitchhiker on the mother’s nervous system; and therefore, the expression of conception, pregnancy, birth, and healing postpartum for mom and baby will largely be dependent on the range of motion of the mother’s nervous system.
Lindsey’s core values are LOVE, FREEDOM, and CONNECTION.

The birth of my baby girl was the absolute coolest thing I’ve ever done. It was the most transformative trip. It was intense with love at the peak of every breath and contraction. I never feared birth. I never wanted to be “saved” from birth. I had done my research and attended births for 10 plus years. In fact, I started BIRTHFIT in 2013, and I’ve learned from some legendary teachers and mentors. Therefore, I knew when I became pregnant that I wanted to feel it all. I knew I was ready. I desired to connect with my body, my baby, and God. I knew I was birth fit.
This BIRTHFIT Coach Course is a culmination of a decade of learning and unlearning. Learning the ways of women, embracing the feminine, and nourishing our nervous systems. It’s about unlearning things that may have been common but not normal and other societal programming that does not benefit the mother-baby dyad. The BIRTHFIT Coach Course will give you the tools and insights that I wish I had as a Coach, Doula, Chiropractor starting out over 10 years ago.
Our goal at BIRTHFIT is to empower women to have empowered births so that they can truly own their intuition as mothers. In our opinion, this begins with one’s breath and movement.
In the BIRTHFIT Coach Course you’ll learn about the female cycle, the nervous system, nutrition and nourishment, programming, modifications and suggestions for each trimester, honoring the postpartum period, and of course the core and pelvic floor. You’ll walk away with tools and insights to utilize with the women in your community, so that your community is fully nourished by empowered mothers.
XO,
Lindsey
