So, you want to become a regional director?

When you apply to become a regional director with BIRTHFIT, you are applying to represent the four pillars we hold so dear to our everyday lifestyles. You are applying to represent your city and be a leader in your community. You are applying to be the go-to resource for women in your community. You are expected to lead from the front and to set up a solid network around you.

You can apply as one person or as a partnership. Even if you are applying as a partnership, you each will need to fill out and provide everything throughout the affiliate application process.You will each pay a regional director fee each year. And you will each go through the training to become a regional director.

This is a huge responsibility and should not be taken lightly. Each BIRTHFIT regional director is its own small business, dependent on you. This can be a full-time or part-time career. It all depends on how much energy you invest. We understand that this is not for everyone, and everyone does not fit the mold. However, those that are selected are, and will be, an unstoppable force, full of information in their communities.

 

The process has three steps plus a launch:

  1. Application Complete the list of requirements. Fill out the information sheet.  This means include everything together, preferably as a google document with you FIRST NAME and LAST NAME and SUBJECT.  Email the entire packet to info@birthfit.com between November 1st and December 1st, in order to apply for the next calendar year.
  2. Interview If the applicant has passed the application process, then BIRTHFIT will contact applicant to set up an interview with one of the BIRTHFIT Leaders. This is either done in person or Skype, depends on location of leader. You will then either be invited to continue on the training process or not.
  3. Regional Director Fee & Training Regional Director Fee: $950 annually. If the applicant passes the first two steps, then the regional director fee is to be paid by January 31st. Yes, both partners will need to pay the regional director fee. We start the training process in January. This is 12 weeks via weekly webinars and one in-person training (The BIRTHFIT Summit). The regional director will learn about BIRTHFIT consultations, prenatal series, postpartum series, and workshops.  The regional director will also learn more about pregnancy, training, postpartum, birth, and business tips.
  4. Launch Once the applicant has gone through all three steps, he/she will launch BIRTHFIT NAME with The Postpartum Series. By now, I hope you have realized that the whole first year is considered a learning experience; train for a year.
